Although I wouldn't put it past her to run a mile in 4:27, the race that Liz placed second in was the 1500, not the mile. :)
Steve Slovenski took 6th place in the decathlon.
Another excellent job by these two teams and their long-time excellent coaches. Well done. With Cornell handing out thinly veiled athetlic scholarhships, its lower admissions standards, to win and place second in the two meets is very impressive.
you should definitely check the facts. there are a lot of them that are not right.
