I was wondering why Aquinas (Catholic chaplaincy) isn't mentioned in this article...it's both the largest Christian group and the largest religious group on campus, as far as I know.

"I smoke, date, have sex and drink. There are so many things I feel I'd have to give up in order to be a good Christian," she said.

maybe you can't be a good christian if you're going to do those things, but theres probably still value to be had in at least making an effort to continue being christian

Mr. hat, you're right...and to add, only one of the things the interviewee mentions (non-marital sex) is an intrinsically bad thing. I wonder how much the interviewee actually knows about Christianity...a lack of knowledge about it would at least partially explain why she chooses to ignore it for non-principled reasons.

Why are there so many extreme religious here?
I mean, there is SUCH a large orthodox community, and if you know anything about Jewish Orthodoxy, you know that they are at many times the enemy of conserative and reform jews in their aims. They also, as evidenced by Josh dropping out of TI, creating their own little community so I don't know any of them. The same goes for Christianity, for such a small population they sure do take a lot of church goers
