Penn doesn't really qualify as Ivy League as much as they want to believe it.

i don't know why the writer couldn't just be specific. as of today, 25 schools have cut their contract with Russell Athletics:

If this school has lost 5 billion of its endowment in the recent financial crisis then this sum is equivalent to 0.005% of that. Just KeEPIN IT REaL ;)
