PU has decided to defend and keep reaping licensing revenue from a company that has, by every account, serially violated worker rights. I guess for this year's annual giving contribution, I'll just forward the mailing to Russell...
The nice liberals in Nassau Hall actually employ almost-entirely non-union construction labor on campus. Thus all the white guys doing the building and fixing. The paucity of black and brown faces is for a reason.
I happened on this article during my research of this issue on behalf of a major retailer. I had hoped to find reasoned commentary, maybe even a rationale for behavior of both union activists (foothold in South America) and corporate doggedness (anti-union avarice prompted by socially ignorant consumers). To be sure, my hopes were dashed.
Russell continues to use this article and Princeton's contract with Russell in their campaign of lies. Princeton should be ashamed.
