    He's a *Korean-American* doctor and anthropologist. He was raised here since age 5. He's as American as you are. Your headline makes it sound as if he's a foreigner.

    Agreed. The guy played quarterback for his high school in small town, Iowa. If you don't consider that to be apple-pie American, then how much farther do immigrants' kids have to go?

    Not that I am a particular booster of the Bruno, but I find it interesting to live in Providence and learn immediately in The Brown Daily Herald that Dr. Kim graduated from Brown in 1982, while the Daily Princetonian only starts with his Harvard Medical School pedigree. I wonder why not report this? Why not give credit when and where it is due?
