Clarification, retraction to follow Weinstein '09's endorsement

At a closed meeting last night, the USG Senate deemed that president Josh Weinstein ’09’s Friday e-mail endorsing Michael Weinberg ’11 for vice president contained misleading and false statements.

    you guys take this way too seriously. the only thing you really have at stake is a line on your resume. otherwise, the only consequence of the election for any USG position is whether we will have awesome free food events or super-awesome free food events.

    You probably should have a trail. I think this a vitally important issue. Additional email clarifications must be sent!

    I honestly think that the fact that Nick hasn't brought himself into this stupid argument shows that he's the more qualified candidate. He knows that he's going to win, and I hope he manages to accomplish all that he can as USG VP.

    If you read the article, you would see that Weinberg stayed out of this issue just as much. This was Weinstein's mistake that harmed Mike, and Mike has done everything he can to distance himself from the originial email, including telling the Prince exactly that the next day etc.

    In my eyes, that shows he would make a great USG VP

    On a positive note, this is good preparation for the inane emails that get sent out regularly to corporate Blackberrys.
