    This should either be a regular column or not a column at all. No other student newspaper has a "sometimes police blotter column" when they need to fill space. Sorry guys, but it's just unprofessional.

    Give them a break. It's a lighthearted, funny insert (funnier and more entertaining, actually, then many of their crap columnists). So keep it up!

    I agree with P'11; its pretty amusing to see what happens, and quite often better than the columnists. And underscores the need for Public Safety to be armed in their pursuit for the Great Garbage Can Wheel Thief! :-)

    Is Public Safety really viewed as a joke around here by the masses? If yes, can anyone say why? Just curious.

    I would hope they themselves are not viewed as a joke - I think the majority of the cases they have to deal with however, tend to be pretty hilarious. The cases don't reflect on Public Safety but on the nature of the Princeton community crime ring :)

    I don't know. Have you seen those segway things? I can never keep a straight face when they go by on one.
