    I know what you mean, I haven't been available during the Post Office's hours to buy stamps and envelopes

    Absentee ballots in NJ come with a prepaid return envelope, so I think you must mean be complaining about applying for a ballot. While I agree that P-Votes should actually do something (i.e. STOCK NJ ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS WITH PREPAID POSTAGE LIKE I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES), there is no way that you're actually busy 8-4:30 every day of the week. If you care to vote, make time. Not to mention that you can buy stamps and envelopes from numerous places in town that are open later than 4:30...
