USG plans to revamp Point, register voters

    voting booths in jadwin gym?? that's farther than jadwin physics building (where they are now)!

    Glad you tried to correct the article. but you're not quite there yet...
    Jadwin Physics Bldg. is ALREADY used as a polling place for Township District 12 (http://www.princeton.edu/pr/vote/2008docs/Votin...)
    So the USG can't be helping to set up a new polling station there.
    Also, the second part of the headline is rather misleading. Yes, USG plans to revamp Point, but the article didn't mention how they plan to register voters. (The USG Projects Board approved funding for PVotes, among other groups, but PBoard funding doesn't quite mean that the USG is planning on registering voters).

    Did the reporter actually go to the meeting???

    there was the ice cream truck giving out free ice cream. that probably covered most of the $750.
