Published: Tuesday, June 24th, 2008
A silver sports car sped down Washington Road, swerved and hit a student crossing the street, sending him flying onto the sidewalk.
The student then sprang to his feet, the car backed up, and, several minutes later, the whole scene ...

I'm quoted in the last sentence of the article as saying
"I don't even know if it's possible to top the first [Transformers movie]." I just want to clarify that when I said that I was being sarcastic.
Okay, okay, I admit it...I'm 24 years old and I really like the Transformers movie.
No, I didn't mean I just recently got Megatron as a present. I meant for my fifth birthday back in 1985! Though I really do wish I still had those sheets.
"Elizabeth Berrue, 21, a Middlesex County resident, drove to Princeton with her sister just to see the crew film the movie." You do know Plainsboro and South Brunswick are both in Middlesex County, so what exactly is your point? Someone drove >3 minutes? OMGOSH, so long! Why would anyone travel that far?! Parts of Middlesex county are closer to campus than parts of Princeton township...
"they're both different genres of movies." Whoa, what an insightful quote! Why would you quote something like that? In other news, the sky is still blue and the Prince still blows. Quotes are good when they add value to the story. Quoting something like that only makes you look unprofessional.
get over yourself, ac.
Re: Nick Carnes
As someone deeply familiar with the many sins of this "newspaper" and its cretinous editors, I fully understand your frustration. The Lesson: Never talk to a Prince reporter. Never given them your name. They will only besmirch it.
To Ac: Horrors! A light story about a movie being shot on campus didn't measure up to your high standards of professional journalism. They should cut the salaries of these student writers. Get a life.
Anyone who uses OMGOSH in a comment surely knows professionalism. Obviously, AC is still bitter they didn’t publish his riveting piece titled “New Jersey Township and County Borders: The Untold Story of Imaginary Lines.”
You got me. It was Pulitzer quality man. The best part was when I talked about the atrocity that is North Brunswick and how it's north of South Brunswick but actually west of East Brunswick and south of New Brunswick. Who thought of that one? But seriously, we Middlesex County residents take offense when Mercer County residents don't care about our geography. I'm not saying people should pay attention to Salem County (which isn't even really New Jersey), but Middlesex is right next door.
