Pardon my ignorance -- I'm a few years out -- but what kind of bureaucratic garbage is the name "Committee on Background and Opportunity"? Is that an arm of the Ministry of Thought?

This is absolutely ridiculous. Creating a campus pub is the LEAST of the problems that the COMBO survey brought up. Why don't the USG and administration release the real results?

A university bar would be a great thing, but it will never happen. The town obviously sees it as a threat to the bar industry on Nassau, which is ridiculous as those bars don't cater to Princeton students. And I fear the University isn't going to push the issue against the town's complaints (as usual).
