Craptacular reporting. You fail to mention the pros and cons of granite over cement, other than the price.
WTF. The university should stop giving money to the borough ASAP. I mean granite sidewalks? Yeah, they don't need anymore money.

I am confused. Does this refer to granite curbs or sidewalks? I have never seen them used interchangeably like this.
Actually, the curb is technically part of the sidewalk.
