Yeah, the comments from "Econ-Babe" are totally off-base. Yes, a lot of Princeton (probably too many) go to Wall Street. But it's still a minority of students. Regardless of all of this, Princeton is a great place to make whatever you want out of it. We have amazing departments in so much more than economics/orfe and to ignore that completely is to be very disingenuous. I think most of us are here to academically pursue whatever it is we are most interested in at the highest level possible. Don't let a few cynics spoil it.

Note the priorities: first we defend The Street as not snobby (hah) and second, oh yes, academics are why most of us are here (hoo). Get real. Most of us are here to make connections and get a job on The Wall Street.
