At Colonial, joint plans more scarce

    "A majority of the 2009 plans taken were by members who had not indicated their preference earlier." Only people who say that they want a shared plan should be able to take one... it is only fair.

    Anyone notice the striking similarity between the name of the Colonial Grad Board Chair and the main character of 'No Country for Old Men', Llewellyn Moss?
