Scotts became a household name over a period of more than 100 years and didn't need to emulate any other company to become the best in the business. Terracycle may be small, but that doesn't excuse them from making unethical or ignorant packaging decisions. Worm poop will never hold a candle to any Miracle Gro product-it shouldn't look like one.

Not only is the Miracle Gro product bad for our environment it make the food taste like chems. At least worm poop is organic. And I have to say from exp worm castings are far more superior to Miracle Gro products. All you do is mix it in the soil and then no feeding is required. With Not SO Miracle gro you have to feed every week.Sound like Scotts is trying to rip people off with Stuff that is bad for our environment.

All compnaies have to start small and grow. Scotts did this, and did it well. They are very environmentally aware, they only use peat from re-newable sources, and I know in the UK they intend to be peat free by 2012! They use Green Compost which is recycled garden waste. So think on before you start to yap about thing you dont understand! They are a very good company and silly little companies who think they should be allowed to copy them to get a foot on the ladder should wise up! No one gave Scotts that boost. A company simply cannot get as big as they have if they sell bad products. So I advise you wind ya necks in and just accept that fact that they are very hard act to beat! Their new Organic range is yet more proof of their cares for the environment, along side the fact that the majority of the packaging used is able to be recycled!
